We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24
hours. If an item is out-of-stock, we will let you know immediately.
We usually ship via UPS Ground Service if at all possible.
(You may select different UPS methods via the order form) In some
instances with the larger equipment, we are required to ship via freight since
UPS won't handle such large items. In those cases, we will determine the
cost of shipping and contact you for your approval before we process the order. We do not
inflate your shipping costs; you pay only for the actual cost. However, we do
charge $1.50/case to repack glass carboys and wine bottles for shipping.
Local Customers:
Place your order online and pick it up
in our store to save on shipping! Select the "pick it up in
store" option for your shipping option and we'll contact you when
your order is ready for pick up!
